Terms and Conditions

Account and Registration

Your account is personal and must be registered with accurate information. You must meet the legal gambling age and make sure the service can be used where you are located.

Passwords and security codes should be kept private. An account must not be sold, shared or used by another person.

Payments and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made with funds and payment methods that belong to the account holder. Available options and limits are shown in the payment section.

Before a withdrawal is processed, we may need to verify your identity, address or payment method. If anything is missing, you will be told what needs to be provided before processing continues.

Bonuses

Each bonus comes with its own terms. Check the wagering requirements, validity period, maximum bet and any game restrictions before activating an offer.

Using multiple accounts or attempting to get around bonus rules may result in the bonus being removed.

What Is Not Allowed

• using a false identity or another person’s account
• fraud or money laundering
• manipulating games or payments
• creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus
• deliberately taking advantage of technical errors
• attempting to bypass geographic restrictions

Suspicious activity may result in an account or payment being reviewed before access or processing continues.

Games and Technical Issues

RTP, odds and previous results do not guarantee the outcome of the next game round.

If a technical error affects a game, balance or transaction, the event may need to be reviewed before a final result is confirmed.

Responsible Gaming

Real-money gambling carries the risk of losing money. Only use funds you can afford to lose and stay within the budget you set before playing.

More information about breaks, limits and self-exclusion is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable rules change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
